Fire In Koraput District

Fire ravaged 77 houses in Majhiambo village of Tentulipadar
panchayat in Narayanpatna block of Koraput district on Tuesday . The
fire broke out in the late afternoon in the remote village on the top
of a mountain while all the villagers baring 4 children were out of
the village to attend the meeting of the newly elected MLA of Laxmipur
in Bijaput , a nearby village . In a similar incidence at least
seven houses were burnt into ashes in Gangangar street of Jeypore
during the midnight hours of Tuesday . However in both the cases
there were no losses to the human lives
